These terms apply to your use of Solitaire Play at solitaireplay.cc (“the site”), operated by PureTable Games. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Solitaire Play is a free browser game that offers Klondike, FreeCell and Spider solitaire. There are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

2. Provided “as is”

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Deals are chosen from a library that a solver has checked, but we do not promise that any particular game can be won by your play, and statistics or progress saved in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the site in a way that harms it or other people, do not use automated tools to scrape it at scale, and do not use it unlawfully.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s code, text, graphics and sounds belong to PureTable Games or its licensors. You may play and share links to the site, but you may not copy it or present it as your own. Card faces and table designs are original artwork produced for the site.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the data the site uses, including anonymous analytics.

6. Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including our other games. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureTable Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
